RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 mod. Legislative Decree 21/2014 valid for non-personalized or made-to-measure products.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an explicit declaration by post (registered mail with return receipt) or by e-mail to info@likon.it.
This communication must be sent no later than the expiry period of the withdrawal period.
The effect of the withdrawal provides for the return of all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received the communication. Refund will be withheld beyond 14 days only we have not received the goods.
The refund will be made in the same way the initial transaction was made.
In the event of manipulation or alteration of the asset, a reduction in the price of the asset itself will be applied.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code:

the supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods;

the supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery;
WARRANTY
The products purchased on www.likon.it enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods, articles 128 et seq. consumer code.
The legal guarantee is valid for two years and must be enforced by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For established Consumers in Europe, the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into on the web and/or deriving from them.
